All information given by phone is kept private and is not shared with any other party.  Our office uses an order form for customers to order products.  We collect contact information and financial information only to process payments upon request. The customer's contact information is only used to allow Kids World Rugs representatives to contact customers when necessary.

Financial information that is collected is used only to charge the customer for products and services they request and then promptly destroyed via shredder unless otherwise requested by the customer.
